OUR POLICY

To receive a piercing at Lucky Linda's, you must be at least 18 years old and

you must present one of the following VALID (not expired) forms of identification:

1. State-issued driver's license or state-issued identification card If your driver's license or state-ID is expired/clipped, you MUST bring the renewal papers with you.
2. Resident alien card
3. Military identification card
4. Passport

MINORS

Must be accompanied by a parent.  A parent must show they have the legal right to sign for minor and is the custodial parent.  It cannot be a step parent, brother or sister.

It is up to the parents to make the decision if or when their child/minor can handle being pierced, and if it is appropriate. The piercer retains the right to say that a piercing is inaproprate.

BOTH the parent and minor must have some type of valid photo ID, and must have the same address upon them to show residency along with a minor's birth certificate.

*In NO Instance will ANY minor be pierced on any area of the body that would be considered as a "genital area" (includes nipples).
