POLICY

To receive a piercing at Lucky Linda's, you must be at least 18 years old and you must present one of the following VALID (not expired) forms of identification:

• State-issued driver's license or state-issued identification card
• Resident alien card
• Military identification card
• Passport

If your driver's license or state-ID is expired/clipped, you MUST bring the renewal papers with you as well.

MINORS

Must be accompanied by a parent.  A parent must show they have legal rights to sign for minor, and is the custodial parent.  Not a step parent, brother or sister. It is up to the parent(s) to make the decision if or when their child/minor can handle being pierced, if it is appropriate.

BOTH parent and minor must have some type of valid ID with the same address on them and minor's birth certificate.

*In NO Instance will ANY minor be pierced on any area of the body that would be considered as a "genital area" (includes nipples).
